Hi all,

The day has finally arrived for our Glasco Odyssey.  

Due to CoVID we're about two years late in getting this trip off the ground but, as they say, better late than never.  

Here we are getting ready to check-in for our flight to Istanbul where we will meet our son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Denise along with our two grandsons, Connor and Hayden.

It's been a long time since we had an extended trip to Europe and we are so excited that Jeff and Denise will be able to share it with us.  

And they say everything happens for the best.  In this case, two silver linings.

First, had this trip happened last year we would only have been able to stay two weeks.  Now, we are able to spend the entire summer.

And, second, Connor and Hayden are along to sail the Turquoise Coast with us.  

 

While we will be revisiting some of our favorite places and introducing Jeff and Denise to them, we will also be covering some new ground.  Turkey, Germany, France, Belgium, England, Scotland, Wales, Portugal and Spain are all on the itinerary - all in all, a great adventure.

We hope that by reading this Blog you will be able to enjoy it with us.
